Nottinghamshire 6 acre plot

This huge 6 acre plot comprises of formal gardens and paddocks surrounding a barn conversion. The design had to cleverly overcome the fact that a public footpath crossed the land and there had to be a subtle divide between the formal gardens, new driveway and paddock land, to give the clients the privacy they needed, while keeping the views over their surrounding land. The new driveway was designed to intersect the land to become a sweeping tree lined avenue. We are incorporating a wildlife lake, woodland areas, formal gardens which will be contemporary in look, with clever ‘floating’ steps (as shown in development below) down to a slightly sunken area for added privacy. The work here will take a while due to the scale of the project.
